We cannot wait to celebrate with all of you on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM as we gather for a little rustic elegance, a touch of cowboy charm, and a whole lot of love.

If your plans have changed since you RSVP’d and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our final guest count.

We’re Almost There! Final Wedding Headcount Due 8/25

Hi everyone! 💍❤️

We are getting so close to the big day, and we are finalizing our catering numbers.

We need to have our final dinner headcount by August 25 so we can submit everything and make our final catering payment.

If your RSVP has changed in any way — whether you are now able to attend, can no longer make it, or the number of guests in your party has changed — please update us no later than 8/25.

If nothing has changed, you do not need to do anything.

Thank you so much for helping us make sure we have an accurate count. We are so excited to celebrate with all of you and truly appreciate everyone helping us get these final details wrapped up! ❤️

Because our venue and meal count are priced per person, we’ve had to make some difficult guest-list decisions and are keeping attendance limited to only those specifically listed on each invitation. We truly wish we could include everyone, but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate additional guests beyond the names listed. Thank you so much for understanding and loving us through all the wedding planning details.
