Because our venue and meal count are priced per person, we&#8217;ve had to make some difficult guest-list decisions and are keeping attendance limited to only those specifically listed on each invitation. We truly wish we could include everyone, but unfortunately, we aren&#8217;t able to accommodate additional guests beyond the names listed. There was once a woman who was broken and convinced, she would never love again, much less marry. And there was a man who never thought he would find someone who loved him for exactly who he was.Then, one random Tuesday, she went online thinking maybe she would find a date for the weekend. Just two people showing up authentically and unapologetically as themselves, scars and all.She was rough around the edges, guarded, and not quick to trust. But he was persistent, nonetheless. Somehow, he broke down her walls, brick by brick, and saw her for who she truly was.He himself was not optimistic that he would find a partner to share life with either, much less one who could love him quirks and all.And now, here they are, better together and better in life because they trusted God and the story He was writing just for them.Together, they took a huge leap of faith. They chose to surrender to God’s plan, grounded in love, trust, support, and grace.Neither of them knew that what started as a simple online conversation would not lead to just another date, but to a date for life.You see, God never meant for these two to walk through life alone. Finally, after all these years, they were shown grace. Something real.
