Because our venue and meal count are priced per person, we’ve had to make some difficult guest-list decisions and are keeping attendance limited to only those specifically listed on each invitation. We truly wish we could include everyone, but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate additional guests beyond the names listed. Our Mix & Mingle Cocktail Hour begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:15 PM so you have plenty of time to grab a drink, mingle, and be seated before the ceremony begins.

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception to celebrate the night away.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Willow Creek Weddings & Events, so you can settle in and enjoy the evening with us.

Yes! We’ll have individual charcuterie cups for each guest to enjoy during cocktail hour.

Yes! Dinner will be a seated meal with your choice of steak or chicken. We’ll also have salad and bread for all guests, and for our littles (under 8), chicken nuggets and mac & cheese will be served.

Yes! The bar will be open and ready 🍸 We’ll be serving mixed drinks made with whiskey, vodka, and rum — including favorites like an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Mojito, Rum & Coke, Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop, and a Vodka Fresca. Beer selections will also be available (TBD).
